🐔 Buff Clucks Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Buff Clucks Flock Leaders Affiliate Program (“Program”). By joining, you agree to the following terms and conditions between you (“Affiliate”) and Bio Balance LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “our”).

1️⃣ Program Overview

Approved Affiliates earn a 10% commission on qualifying sales made through their unique affiliate link or discount code. Each Affiliate also receives a 10% off promo code to share with their audience.

2️⃣ Eligibility & Acceptance

  All applications are reviewed and approved at the discretion of Bio Balance LLC.

  
  


• 
  

  We reserve the right to decline or remove any applicant for any reason, including brand misalignment, inactivity, or prior policy violations.

  
  


• 
  

  You must be at least 18 years old to participate.

  
  

3️⃣ Commissions

• 
  

  Rate: 10% of the order subtotal (excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts).

  
  


• 
  

  Attribution: Commissions are tracked through your unique Refersion link or discount code—whichever applies first.

  
  


• 
  

  Cookie Duration: 60 days.

  
  


• 
  

  Payouts: Paid monthly via PayPal once your balance reaches $25 USD.

  
  


• 
  

  Commissions are approved 14 days after an order ships to allow for returns or cancellations.

  
  


• 
  

  Subscription renewals do not qualify for additional commissions unless otherwise specified by the Company.

  
  

4️⃣ Promo Codes & Discounts

  Each Affiliate receives one unique 10% customer discount code.

  Promo codes cannot be used by the Affiliate for personal purchases or to create fraudulent orders.

  Buff Clucks may run storewide promotions; during those times, only the higher discount will apply.

  
  

5️⃣ Affiliate Conduct & Content Guidelines

Affiliates must:

  Represent Buff Clucks products truthfully and accurately.

  
  


• 
  

  Use only approved logos, imagery, and messaging provided by Bio Balance LLC.

  
  


• 
  

  Clearly disclose affiliate relationships per FTC guidelines (e.g., “I earn a small commission if you purchase through my link.”).

  
  


• 
  

  Avoid spam, coupon scraping, paid reviews, or misleading claims.

  
  


• 
  

  Not bid on Buff Clucks or Bio Balance LLC trademarks or domain names in paid advertising.

  
  


• 
  

  Refrain from posting or associating our brand with content containing hate speech, explicit material, or illegal activity.

  
  

6️⃣ Termination & Modification

  Either party may terminate participation at any time, with or without cause, by written notice.

  
  


• 
  

  Bio Balance LLC reserves the right to withhold or cancel commissions for fraudulent, self-referred, or refunded orders.

  
  


• 
  

  Program terms, commission rates, or eligibility criteria may be modified with 7 days’ notice via email or announcement within the Refersion portal.

  
  

7️⃣ Liability & Indemnification

Bio Balance LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Program. The Affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Bio Balance LLC from all claims, damages, or expenses resulting from their participation.

8️⃣ Independent Contractor Status

Affiliates are independent contractors and not employees, partners, or representatives of Bio Balance LLC. Affiliates are solely responsible for any taxes, insurance, or legal obligations resulting from their participation in this Program.

9️⃣ Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, USA.
